Absolutely beautiful nursing facility! The administrator Jake is kind, thoughtful, fair, honest and truly cares about the welfare of the patients! Towers is blessed to have the director of nurses, Jimi. Jimi,RN is amazing and she truly has a heart for long term care and the elderly. Jake and Jimi saw to it my family was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. The CNA’s always work so hard under conditions that I am sure are very stressful for them. It can not be easy working with Covid, flu and all the other stuff out there. I couldn’t imagine working with a mask on for 12+ hours a day. Everyone there went above and beyond. I will always remember the aides Marcela, Andy, Lesa, Maribel, Pam, Holly, Jenny! Nurse Betty was my favorite nurse and Christi too! Activities with Melissa and LaVern were always so good! And Thank God for Robbie making all those doctor appointments on time! Naomi always working so hard and Christina was so so kind with the admission process! I’ve always felt grateful for everyone’s hard work!!
