She ended up falling and breaking her hip after being under there care and would not accept her back, the staff became so rude and would not answer any questions. treated my family horrible. My aunt passed away from all of the trauma weeks later. I would never refer this place.

The onboarding process and lack of communication from management is the reason for this low score. HR (Sandy) emails with why I would not be moving on with the employment process. Although, her team never confirmed if I was to start. I never in my 20 years been so embarrassed and treated like a villain. I attempted to contact all the appropriate channels but HR didn’t bother asking why the domino affect happened. Rather I was just let go. Definitely was excited to start with this company. But after the offensive email received. I will just be contact DLT/DOH because it’s not right. Goodluck to whoever decides to join them.
