My father was just in TLC for over 2 months. and although there are some people that come in and out because they hire a lot of outside facility (people mostly on weekends) , the majority of people that work there are very caring wonderful people. I wanna start with the nurses like Roger and Deb and Donna and great caring physical therapists like Roy and Val and wound care Lorma and her sidekick really working hard in trying to get my dad''s wounds cleared up. These actually almost killed my dad, it was almost down to the bone and these people were really tried so hard and did a great job getting him in his way I really want to thank everybody including Victoria and Deedee and Donna and even the sweet girl Ashley in front who helps whenever and wherever she can and sweet Roberto and Miss Lakeisha Gray who is an ANGEL on Earth. It is not easy running a rehab facility and I know that this place is not perfect by no means but I would have 0 problem having my dad back in this place again. There are very very caring good people here and that is a good place to start.

I had 2 nurses who make up for all the suffering, and the 3 therapist who helped me a lot, once a day

Called the facility administrator on Wednesday before 1 p.m. (it is after 5 p.m. on Friday), still have not heard back from Mr. D. Hill. The information given in the letter sent home with families has missing information/is not correct. Operator likes to use derogatory sexist term to address client'...
Called the facility administrator on Wednesday before 1 p.m. (it is after 5 p.m. on Friday), still have not heard back from Mr. D. Hill. The information given in the letter sent home with families has missing information/is not correct. Operator likes to use derogatory sexist term to address client''s families. I called Wednesday to ask specific questions about my aunt & tried to talk to someone about the letter so other families would not waste time trying to make ''appointments'' to see family members when IT IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED the first 14 days if they are in the 700 hallway. When my cousins did finally get to talk to someone at the facility (in which a meeting had been made) not only was my aunt not included (her belief was she would be included in deciding her care), but the person who had been their liaison was absent along with her doctor and Mr. Hill. I''ll update if anything progresses in any kind of a positive way. I''ll be praying for everyone at this facility for the rest of my life!

Came here directly from ''hip"surgery . This place should be shut down. The ''drug'' rehab is Not in a separate wing. All night long they come into your room and steal what''s not nailed down. They drank all my mouthwash.! One nurse on the floor for the ENTIRE hospital.They introduced a man they said was my assigned doctor. Well, did not see him, talk to him or see him the entire weekend. My roommate fell in the bathroom and NO ONE CAME TO HELP HER. I used my walker to assist her. Are you kidding me? If you want to collect your so called "lived one" put them here.! Death won''t come soon enough ! I called my ex husband to get me out of there. I didn'' t get any silverware to eat with.(they mistook me for a "junkie" did not get my meds for pain. Hip surgery is very painful. When I contacted authorities , I was told I did not get permission from my doctor to leave. So its all out of their hands......(what doctor?) My ex drove from Arizona...it takes a lot for me to ask for help...so he knew it was bad there. Do Not, Do not put anyone you care for into The House of Horrors!!!!!!!
