We have really enjoyed the experience for our loved one at Timber Creek Village. The communication with the staff is pretty good. I would appreciate a little more feedback about our loved one once in a while. Housekeeping, utilities with basic cable and internet, the room, all the meals, changing of linens, and laundry are included in the monthly rate. There is transportation as well for the residents to use. My loved one is receiving care assistance with medication management, dressing, bathing, transfers, and moving my loved one to the dining room and back. There may be an additional charge depending on the level of care your loved one may need.

My parents have moved into Timber Creek - Lincoln. It's a nice, single-story place. All the apartments are in good condition. They come unfurnished. You get to bring your own furniture in, so they're comfortable with their own stuff. They offer their dining room, a rec room, a library, and they offer activities every afternoon. They have a caring staff. They fix the medicine. My folks need someone to take care of the medicine for them, so they make sure they get their medicine each day on time. They get three hot meals a day. They can go to the dining room and eat it. If they don't feel like they want to go to the dining room, they will bring a tray to their room, and they said it's good food. The only time I'm allowed to visit is in their room themselves. I can't be in any common areas because of COVID rules right now. I can't go to their library with them or the rec room or stuff like that. I see them doing bingo, and they had some veterans group come in and talk. They pull out the veterans that were in the home and they got recognition and a fruit basket. They play other games. They usually have one or two people working on a jigsaw puzzle. They have a pool table, but I don't really see anybody ever play that. They're easy to work with and they're very courteous. It's not new, but it still looks new. They do good with what they have. They're getting everything they need for what they got. They seem extremely friendly, extremely competent, and very obliging to the people there, not just my parents, but I see them work with everybody there. They seem kind.
