For anybody who is looking or is interested in employment in the nursing, dietary or medical field; please research where you apply well before accepting a position. I took a position with a facility, Thornapple Manor and encountered some issues. I brought those issues to my supervisory staff and HR staff, only to have the issues to be written off and ignored. This included a hostile work environment and neglect of facility residents. Please think twice before taking a position at this company or recommending family members for care there.
