If anyone is considering The Willows at Citation for your loved one don’t. My mom’s money ran out and they gave her 2 days to get her out. Terrible
My Mom came to the Willows for rehab after a broken hip in October and I have nothing but nice things to say about it. All the staff were amazing and so kind and helpful to both my Mom and our family. I highly recommend the Willows!
Everything and everyone was wonderful. This is the best health care face I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great and therapists were fantastic. I highly recommended this facility
My Dad is there. Has been there 3 days, without being able to watch T.V in his room. I have Tryed yo get them to fix it. No response.

After surgery and a fall my husband and I spent over a month here, the care was outstanding and his progress/recovery was steady and complete. The staff was knowledgeable and warm and the therapy was intensive and A++. Everyone was helpful and all pitched in to make sure things ran efficiently. I also observed no disrespectful, hurried, or impatient responses to any of the residents by staff. Everyone truly seemed to care. I was very impressed that the director was actively involved in every task whether it was bringing me a blanket, working the hall and dining room food delivery, or just sitting with a resident. We will certainly return if needed.
