I was delivering medications from the pharmacy to this nursing home. This place made me never want to be around a nursing home again. Not only is the staff rude and humiliating, but they talk to their little old resident like they are trash, I can’t imagine the care that happens (or doesn’t happen) when noone is around. If you hate your job, leave. Don’t take it out in innocent residents. . Or the med girls because the one that tried at drop off found out I’m not the one. 0/10 for this hell chamber.

Giving this location a "1" STAR is being kind. My mother sat on a toilet three times in one day for over an hour without getting any assistance to the point of where she ended up falling cuz her legs were numb. After bringing it up to the director about previous issues with a nurse medicating her incorrectly and talking it all over with the director of the nurses themselves and getting information corrected on her medications the same day she was neglected multiple times throughout the day, including this Last one within less than 2 hours of us leaving. They neglected her again, a 80 year old woman with a broken Spine, left her to sit alone and she FELL Again and hit her head and hurt her face as well. Had to have EMS come get her and bring her to the ER! WE HAVE HAD MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS WITH ALL STAFF AND EVEN HAD HER NURSE SWITCHED DUE TO NEGLECT FROM THAT ONE AND SHE WAS STILL LEFT ALONE TO FALL!!! RUN! DON''T EVER PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS HORRED FACILITY. DO NOT TRUST THE FANCY LOOKS OF THIS HELL!!!! She has a body cast across her torso. She was unable to even wipe her own parts when going to the bathroom. They left her alone multiple times to fend for herself. She is a fall risk. They never even bothered to put that on her wrist or on her door. They kept calling her by the wrong name. They even came in with a lunch ticket with the wrong name and we''ve corrected them several times and they didn''t correct it in their computers. She felt ignored the whole weekend. She was only there from Friday till Monday and we had to bring her out on a stretcher and put her in an ambulance back to the emergency room. If you love your parents do not bring them there. The staff act like they care when they talk to you in person but they are so overloaded with other people to do things for that they literally came into the room to check because her nurse button was on for so long and then just told her well I''m not your nurse so I''ll go find your nurse for you. And left her alone again. If they would have just done their job she wouldn''t be laying in an emergency room stretcher waiting for care in a hospital emergency room.

I had to call 911 because my mother fell as being a fall risk because the nurse left her on her bed in a body cast and she tipped over and hit her head and had to be rushed to the ER. I also called the police and made a report of negligence on the nurse that was watching her and the establishment. The day before this a nurse tried to mismedicate my mother and had to be yell stop get away from my mother and blocked from administering a drug that my mother did not need and could have killed her. At 7:10 they start doping their patients up with trazodone. This is not a safe place ! After talking with the executive director Lee in the morning, about my concerns the day before, 2 hours later, I had to have my mom rush to the ER. Please note the picture of the nurses talking to the officer, their hands are in their pockets. A telltale sign that a person is hiding something.
