Worst place ever. The techs are very rude, and after an encounter I had with a tech, the nurse manager seemed to not care much about the situation. Overall, I will NOT recommend this place to anyone who''s looking for a safe place for their loved one. This place is dangerous.

Well I know everyone has their own opinion but I have to give Villages at Southern Hills and big 1000 because my father was in there for rehab and the whole staff was really good taking care of him when my mother and I couldn''t be there he really enjoyed the food that was prepared for him so thank you Villages for taking such good care of my dad but there''s one person who stick out over the rest her name was Sissy she''s such an amazing person and she truly enjoys her job and she stepped up everyday to check in on my dad if he wanted a shower and just to say hey we will miss seeing her smile everyday but my dad is now back at home but I just wanted to say a big thank you for the care everyone gave my dad we love you all may God bless this facility and everyone working in it. First night mom was here they gave her a breathing treatment and just handed her the nebulizer and walked out - never came back. Found the nurse clocking out and asked if I needed to just turn the machine off and she said “yea she can turn the machine off switch is in the back when she gets thru with it” now mom cannot walk, and would have to get in wheel chair and go over to night stand to turn off …. She’s never used one before …. Guess fend for yourself
