Worst place ever. The techs are very rude, and after an encounter I had with a tech, the nurse manager seemed to not care much about the situation. Overall, I will NOT recommend this place to anyone who''s looking for a safe place for their loved one. This place is dangerous.
Miguel, the nurse that works here, is excellent at what he does You''ll be in good hands with him

First night mom was here they gave her a breathing treatment and just handed her the nebulizer and walked out - never came back. Found the nurse clocking out and asked if I needed to just turn the machine off and she said “yea she can turn the machine off switch is in the back when she gets thru with it” now mom cannot walk, and would have to get in wheel chair and go over to night stand to turn off …. She’s never used one before …. Guess fend for yourself

In three different meetings ordered by The Villages executive director, I was asked to sign over my house and other assets. The reason? To be compensated in case Medicare/Medicaid did not pay. I''m writing from MY house including My assets. I was a patient from 9/1/2020 thru 12/1/2020. I was transferred after my charity days played out. I''ll leave right there. Be smart.
