The aides have been absolutely wonderful in their support of my mother in the Reflections (Memory Care) area. They treat her as if my mother was their mother. From taking care of her everyday living needs like bathing, cleaning, to always engaging her in conversation. Moreover, their desire to promote her participation in the daily activities provided to all of the residents. In particular, kudos go out to Lilliana, Nubi and Alex, who go above an beyond what my family would have expected from support aides. I am thankful we have decided to utilize Residence at Valley Farms services and the overall environment that my mother now experiences.
