My loved one has been in this facility since May. Ms Barbara at the front desk is awesome. Ms Audrey and Shalondra,Lisa,Dominique,Ken,Malissa are all awesome and attentive to her. My loved one has been in this facility since May. Ms Barbara at the front desk is awesome. Ms Audrey and Shalondra,Lisa,Dominique,Ken,Malissa are all awesome and attentive to her. I’ve never had an issue with the 2nd floor staff. My sister is always clean and well taken care of. My one suggestion is if the Dr ,Nurse Practitioner,or an appointee would update the family weekly or biweekly. It’s hard to reach someone about concerns or updates after the Dr visit with her since she’s unable to tell us.

The oncoming nurses, two to be exact, didn’t STROLL in until 10 minutes to 7am when shift begins at 6AM. No phone call, no apologies…UNACCEPTABLE!
Had a nurse stop me so I can translate for a patient that I had not gone to visit I left fir the day wondering if my grandma whom does not speak english was in good hands after we were gone for the day after visiting hours . Please hire a bilingual nurse .
Place seemed clean. My friends room was clean and the staff was good to him. Front desk staff very nice.
