Please do yourself a favor and not work here.

They pay based on experience which is ok but YOU will work for it!!! Meaning anywhere from 18 to 19 patients. Sometimes even more. Some nurse''s need to find a desk job because they wanna do nothing and the one I''m speaking on was a CNA before she became a nurse. The DON is very rude and sarcastic and is not funny or amusing. They HAVE to have agency because if not the patients would have to take care of them selves. The door continues to swing back and forth with employees. The first week I started 4 people had quit! So get ready to pop ibuprofen after working for a least a week!

The owners and managers are so kind and willing to help with anything, at any time. We are like a huge family here, and I hope to continue working here for many years to come.
