My fiancee''s mom is here at the present, he has been in MULTIPLE times with complaints over the food and staffing with Steve assuring him that the problem would be fixed...yet again the food was so bad and the kitchen offered NO help to her this weekend for lunch and dinner her only meal was a snack cake? Can you please tell me how this is taking care of the elderly in their last days the best you can do? Awful for the residents and making excuses to the families just won''t do...I guess the state should be made aware of the poor care now..

Facility is a mess workers have no where to put there belongings. Patient care is the worst. Never pay on time or correct. People have no dignity don''t treat others well.

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible care and support my mother has received at The Pines Nursing and Rehab. From the moment we chose this facility, it became evident that their commitment to quality care was unparalleled. The staff-to-patient ratio here is remarkable, ensuring that my mother receives the individualized attention she deserves. The dedication and warmth of the nurses have been nothing short of outstanding. Their friendliness and genuine concern for each resident create an atmosphere of comfort and trust. One of the things that impressed us most was the stringent safety protocols and the cleanliness maintained throughout the facility. Knowing that these standards are in place provides peace of mind, especially when attending to my mother''s specific needs. The services offered, including exceptional physical therapy tailored to address my mother''s hip problems, have contributed significantly to her well-being. Additionally, the staff''s attention to her specific dietary requirements has been exemplary. Beyond medical care, The Pines goes above and beyond by providing extra recreational activities and fostering social opportunities among residents. This is especially appreciated when neither my sisters nor I are present. The camaraderie among residents is heartwarming, and it''s clear that the facility prioritizes creating a supportive and engaging community. Moreover, the respect for residents'' dignity is evident in every aspect of care. What truly sets The Pines apart is their inclusive approach—making my sister and me feel involved in all decision-making processes concerning our mother''s care. Their visitation policies are flexible, allowing family and friends to visit and spend quality time with residents, contributing to their emotional well-being. Furthermore, the flexibility to adapt to my mother''s changing condition periodically has been a tremendous relief for our family. The Pines Nursing and Rehab stands as an exceptional facility that not only provides top-notch care but also fosters a nurturing environment where residents are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking the best care for their loved ones.

If I could give this place a zero or a negative 1000 I would. My great uncle, a Vietnam vet, got 2 toes removed in September and was suppose to go home after 2 weeks, well the foot got infected resulting in 2 more toes to be removed, then the big toe and half of foot had to be removed due to infection. Well thought we were done, had to HAVE HALF OF HIS LEFT LEG REMOVED. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS INSTITUTION!
