Facility is a mess workers have no where to put there belongings. Patient care is the worst. Never pay on time or correct. People have no dignity don''t treat others well.

The nurses here are fantastic. Really responsive to needs. The rehab gym is very nice with great equipment and caring responsive knowledgeable therapists. 10/10 and I recommend this facility to everyone.

If I could give this place a zero or a negative 1000 I would. My great uncle, a Vietnam vet, got 2 toes removed in September and was suppose to go home after 2 weeks, well the foot got infected resulting in 2 more toes to be removed, then the big toe and half of foot had to be removed due to infecti...

My great uncle, a Vietnam vet, got 2 toes removed in September and was suppose to go home after 2 weeks, well the foot got infected resulting in 2 more toes to be removed, then the big toe and half of foot had to be removed due to infection. Well thought we were done, had to HAVE HALF OF HIS LEFT LEG REMOVED. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS INSTITUTION!
