Amazing rehab location, I already noticed a difference in my recovery so far and it’s been almost two weeks. Would highly recommend this rehab location to anyone. :)
Very professional front desk staff and good modern space

My mother in law had surgery and was sent to this rehabilitation center for physical therapy… every time she asks for help they tell her to do it herself. They are very neglectful to the point that when I visited my mother-in-law she smelled because they do not help her bathe everyday… she has been there for a little over a week and has bathed only once. Hygiene is a very important part of someone’s health and recovery. How is it that the nurses are getting paid but not performing simple tasks like helping my elderly mother-in-law to bathe everyday. All these people are getting paid and not performing their duties is completely unacceptable and should not be in this line of business. If you don’t care to help others then quit.

Both of my grandparents are admitted to Phoenix Rehab. We made a request to have our grandparents be together for months and everyone we spoke to promised they will help but never actually did anything. Until we spoke to Joseph Yan, he went above and beyond to help get my grandparents on the same floor. We are very grateful for his assistance. If it wasn''t for Joseph, I would not have given this center a 5 star.

NO STARRS THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, THEY SEEM TO ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY RECIEVE FROM THE HEALTH INSURANCE. MY MOM WAS SENT THERE FOR PT FROM AUG 1 TO THE MORNING OF AUG 11 AND LEFT IN RESPOTORAY DISTRESS, MY MOM IS NOW FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE. WE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS REQUESTING A MEETING WITH MR ROLL AND HE HIDES BEHIND EMAILS ALONG WITH HIS STAFF THEY HAVE VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO CARE IN THE WORLD FOR THE PATIENTS THEY HAVE IN THEIR CARE. MY MOM WAS SENT TO ER WITH NO REPRESENATIVE FROM PHOENIX HOUSE. FROM THE FIRST DAY MY MOM GOT THERE IT WAS A FIGHT WITH STAFF IN ORDER FOR THEM TO ATTEND TO MY MOM, SHE WAS LEFT IN A DIRTY DIAPER FOR HOURS AND DEVELOP A VERY BAD DIAPER RASH THAT HER PRIVATES LOOKED LIKE RAW STEAK. THE FIRST TIME THEY GAVE MY MOM A BATH WAS AUG 5, FOUR DAYS AFTER HER ARRIVAL. THEY WORRY ABOUT COVID TESTING WHEN THEY SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT THE LACK OF SERVICE, THEY ARE PROVIDING FOR THE PATIENTS WHICH IS VERY EXTREMELY POOR. #CLOSEPHOENIXHOUSEDOWN.
