I have worked in the industry for almost twenty years and seen all kinds but The Pavilion was truly an enlightenment. It’s a smaller community (65 beds) than I’m used to and local ownership definitely helps as well. Staff are kind and truly care about their residents. Nurses are knowledgeable and truly connect with residents versus just being another room number. Management knows the families and has very open line of communication with them versus just being a monthly payment. Maybe getting away from the more urban setting makes this review biased but I loved the down to earth southern hospitality like feel of The Pavilion offers.

We were able to do an in person tour and the community did seem very nice, but we were only able to get a small tour since there were still limitations set in place. We also did not see to many people around the community.

The apartments here are small but adequate for their needs. They are not fond of the meals and think, they could use improvement. They say they do not have flavor, they don't serve them on time, and there is not a lot of variety. The best part about the community is the staff members. I would recommend.
