My 83 year old father''s health decelerated rapidly in December of 2022. My sister, brother, and I are his caretakers, and it took us all by surprise. We had to make the tough decision to move him into an assisted living facility due to his chronic health issues. We asked friends, family, & colleagues about various options while we did our research, albeit in an accelerated timeframe, and were happy to hear that many had given high praise to the Palace for their care and support of family members in the past. We ultimately decided to move Dad into the Palace Royale. Considering the circumstances, the process was fairly seamless, and the professionalism and compassion that the Palace team members exhibited gave us comfort during our time of need. We collaborated very closely with the Director of Customer Service, the General Manager, the Director of Residence Care and her team. Everyone was always very responsive and available via multiple avenues of communication. (Ex: Phone, E-Mail, Text, etc.) as we worked closely to ensure the health and safety of my father. My family was truly appreciative of the support the Palace provided us and we highly recommend their services to anyone that is in need of assisted living for their family members.
