Every time we are able to visit the cleanliness of the entire community is consistent, it is always really well kept. We were able to have a lunch there one time with our loved one and by that experience the meals seemed good - he indicates to us that he enjoys the meals. They do seem to have a good amount of daily scheduled activities for the residents to participate in. The staff are confident in their care but we really appreciate how they know every single residents by name, and speak to them when passing them in hallways. They also remember our names when we come to visit. It is expensive but compared to others in the community and what they offer the value seems appropriate.

The issues here are the typical ones that arise from having a place with high turnover, incompetency rehab leader and external communication, and a general failure of rehab care due to poor skills importance of running a care residence with actual care and a commitment to following best practices and implementing beneficial advances. current rehab manager was fired from many places due to bad and rough attitude towards senior residents. Those are highly important factors when you search for people who are charged with every minute of life, health, laughter, safety, comfort, and peace for your husband, wife, mother, father, sibling or other vulnerable person you love. If your loved one requires or will likely require memory care, avoid this place at all costs (not that you'll find much higher anywhere in Atlanta, including Buckhead, Midtown, etc.). In general, record everything you can (GA is a one-party state, you can record every conversation you a part of). What you are assured in care, costs, etc. will vary from person to person and day to day, with the only constant being the staff blaming either the resident or the family. There are so many options in the area and around Atlanta, with new ones opening about every month. It's tedious, but so worth it to keep looking.
