Since my first review rhings have consistently gotten worse. PLEASE DO NOT put a living being in this facility. Since my first review rhings have consistently gotten worse. PLEASE DO NOT put a living being in this facility. I spoke with the Executive Manager and he gives a really good impression and great lip service. He''s clearly used to having these type of calls. The man in the room with my LO is neglected in the worst way. He is unable to feed himself and has no teeth. These sorry excuse of CNA''s bring in a food tray of regular, not soft diet food. They won''t come help him try to eat. They come get his tray and no concern with him not eating for days on end. It''s like they''re just waiting for the poor soul to die! These are straight up POS people who work there. It needs to be pad locked shut!!! Don''t put a diabetic in this facility! There is no such thing as a diabetic diet here. My step dad and his roommate both get sugar-full meals complete with cookies and fruit with cool whip! This place seems to be trying to kill patients solely bc of this. It''s a joke and it''s so pathetic that we cat have a good place I Orange. Needs a better director and someone who actually cares.

Great staff with excellent people skills! Always readily available to help out. The relationships with the residents are amazing! I’d recommend this facility if you’re looking for an outstanding team and amazing resident care. Not to mention the physical therapy department is amazing!

I’ve been associated with this facility for several years. The staff are exceptional!!! From the very top nurses to the aides to the housekeeping staff...all very helpful people who really care for the people. I’ve been there when a loved one passed away and it was as if they were their family also. Like any facility there may be glitches occasionally but I can personally testify if you tell them they immediately take care of it. I’d recommend Focus Care to anyone. They don’t just take care of your needs...the staff truly CARE
