I am moving my mom into AVIVA Hills. It was just a nice place. It was clean and everything was brand new. They were updating a few things, and it seemed like everything was really up to date and had the latest kind of equipment. All the people were nice, and they had a lot of activities. I think we met everybody that was there on staff. All the staff members have been there for like 9 or 10 years. They were nice when we talked to them.

My only problem was the Doctor who signed the death certificate said he died from Alzheimer's and did not get the report from Aultman Hospital which was from kidney failure and complications from prostate cancer which has caused me problem...

My only problem was the Doctor who signed the death certificate said he died from Alzheimer's and did not get the report from Aultman Hospital which was from kidney failure and complications from prostate cancer which has caused me problems with the VA compensation. Overall I was very happy with Aviva Hills!
