I toured The Iris Senior Living. It was beautiful. When I was in there, they were doing yoga exercises. I'm 77, and these ladies must have been in their late 80s and 90s, and they were doing yoga, so I was very impressed. If I could afford it, I would be there. I was very impressed with it. They have apartments. I saw the living room, which was nice. The kitchen, of course, is small, but they feed you there. You don't have to cook if you don't want to. Very homey. Very comfortable. I think the only thing you have to bring is your bed and your furniture. I think they have a microwave and a refrigerator. The person who took me around was wonderful. He was very pleasant, and he wasn't in a hurry. It was a gorgeous place to be, it was. They have an outside sitting area, and everyone was laughing and just having a good time. The staff was very knowledgeable. The building was very nice and pleasant. I had nothing bad to say about them. They were just excellent. They were very nice people and very pleasant to visit with.

They have an excellent, caring staff. They provide transportation to dr. appts., shopping, etc. Weekly fieldtrips to sites around Great Falls and its locale are well planned. The food is excellent with multiple options if its something the resident doesn't care to eat. They have their own internal alert system so if a resident falls or needs assistance all they have to do is push a button. It was far and above the other places we looked at in Great Falls for my mother to move into after selling her home.
Read moreBased on our experience so far with The Iris we would recommend this community to others, they have a lot of different activities going on for all of us to take advantage of
If you have the money this is the best community in town for your loved one. They have activities like card games, games projects and more for the residents to do. The activities are really good and I like them.

From what I saw and talking to the director at The Iris Senior Living, they were very friendly and the rooms were really nice. When we walked out I told my brother that I could live there. They showed the dining area to us, but a lot of that stuff still isn't open yet. We didn't have anything to look at or anything to sample. It is very clean. The people were very friendly, and the rooms were really nice. It was a very nice place and comfortable to walk into. I was very impressed with the facility.

I live here. I'm very happy with it, but I'm not happy about how expensive it is. It was built around 1972, its a restored building, very nice architect, and I'm in a refurbished 1-bedroom. It's very nice, but they only have a regular stove and oven, and no Radarange which is more useful. They have all new cabinets, and its beautiful. The staff is excellent, they do a wonderful job, the food is good, and they're always listening for suggestions on the weekly menu which is good. We have weekly meetings, and it's amazing that they listen. The food is excellent, the dining area is very nice, you'll be served like in a restaurant, but we also have a salad bar and soup which is great. They have bus rides where you could go to different places. Eight of us guys go for breakfast in the morning, we just pick the restaurant to go to, and they pick up the tab. They bring in different people that speak about different problems of seniors. We had a lot of extra help there.
