This was my first time at this facility. I’ve been too many convalescent homes over the years, but this one exceeded them all. First,?it was very secure and printed out an ID badge for me with my picture. Next, it’s very family friendly. When I entered there, was someone in the lobby popping fresh popcorn for guests. It’s been a habit that once you enter a facility and get past the front desk, as you get closer to the rooms where the residents are; and their sleeping area begins, there’s usually an odor of urine and feces, but there was none of that at this facility. I was actually waiting for it. It never happened. Lastly, this let me know that the patients and residence here are being cared for very well. I had my visit, talk to the aid on duty, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
