My mother just moved in and is loving living at The Grand! Her apartment is beautiful and clean and she loves the food! They have lots of activities going on and the staff is so friendly. We made the best decision for us and you won't be disappointed. Lots of good things here!

This facility is very nice. It's an open concept floorplan and very wheelchair friendly/accessible. The place is always spotless and the staff is very nice. They take the time to get to know the residents and family members, they know everyone by name. They offer a wide variety of activities and always have something going on. The staff tries to keep everyone engaged. Housekeeping is once a week and my loved one's place is always clean. My only concern is the Executive Director whom doesn't seem to be very forthcoming with things that are going on. We've noticed a change in Meals/Dining recently (mainly no meal choices). I emailed the Executive Director about it and was assured that everything was fine. I then found out from another staff member that the entire Meals/Dining staff quit. Other than the Executive Director, all of the other staff has been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The Grand at Twin Lakes was beautiful. I loved it. I liked the layout, the design, the brightness, and the attentiveness of the people. They have an indoor pool and a beautiful patio. They have units with a balcony, too, which is lovely. On their lowest level, they have a movie theater that has movie seats and a huge screen and a kitchen where if I wanted to go there and cook meals with my dad or for my family, I could. They also have little rooms that you could have for family gatherings, a library, and a coffee bar where they do happy hour. There were so many people out in their community rooms just sitting and reading. It's just lovely and bright.
Read moreThe location of The Grand at Twin Lakes was huge a factor in my choice. The place is very clean - just some old gripers that can be hard to live with. There are some food problems and low staff situations, but that is not the managements fault. The staff are very friendly.

We had an in-person tour of The Grand at Twin Lakes. I highly recommend this facility. It was absolutely beautiful, but it was far more expensive. The director who gave us the tour was very helpful in answering our questions and showing us several different room options and amenities, including a movie theater and a swimming pool. The amenities that the facility had were really impressive. Everything was laid out beautifully and very appealing.
