This facility has a handful of aides who do their best to care for residents. That said, the turnover rate is high, which leads to understaffing and often long waits after pulling the "call" cord. Management at this facility has already been cited by the state for poor communication. They are slow to return messages and seldom seen in the halls of the facility. At least that's my experience, and I visited three times a week. This facility does accept Medicaid residents, which is why our loved one ended up here. It is not a great choice for private-pay. Food is so-so at best and the facility does not exhibit a high level of cleanliness. Laundry service is also inconsistent and often loses items.

My mom goes days without important meds, waits a very long time for help after she pulls her cord , they never do what they say their gonna do. When my mom first arrived years ago, the place was really nice, even my mom liked it, this place has totally gone downhill in the past few years. The work ethic sucks!

This community used to be under different management and it was great. I actually used the services a few times. Now I can not get them to return a call with the new company that has taken over.
The community was nice but there were just some things that I felt that would not work well for my loved one. He is older and not in many activities so the community was a little too big for my loved ones needs. The community was not bad just did not work for my loved one.

There has been a ton of staff turnover, from management down to the everyday staff they are just having such a hard time finding people. They are currently in another lock down due to another covid outbreak. I do not like that the front door is open so that people can come and go as they please, that causes safety issues for the memory care residents especially. The care has not been very good and they have not been taking her numbers as they should be and that has been very frustrating.
