About one year ago my aging parents moved into "The Gables" as they could no longer care for themselves. Alexis Johnson, who was the director of the facility, was simply amazing. She and her staff went far and above what was required to see that my parents were, loved, listened too, and physically helped. As my parents neared and departed this life, Alexis and her staff were "there" with them and us and helped my parents depart this life as easily as possible. They were also there for our family as we dealt with the difficult emotions of a loved ones passing. I give Alexis, her staff, and "The Gables" my highest recommendation if you are looking for a facility that will care for your aging loved ones.
