My father moved into Memory Care in 2009 and my mother moved into an apartment at The Forum at about the same time. The staff in Memory Care was amazing at how quickly they got to know Dad''s personality. Mom and I spent a lot of time with Dad and got to know the staff and other residents there. There was always an open line of communication with the staff and they were responsive to our needs. Mom quickly integrated into the social life of apartment living and stayed very active. I enjoyed visiting with her, participating in activities, especially happy hour! The staff in independent living was amazing. They provided an individualized continuum of care for Mom until she moved to Memory Care. When that time came I was so happy to see that although it had been a number of years since Dad was in Memory Care, much of the staff was the same, and it was comforting that many of them already knew my mom. Many of my friends'' parents have moved into retirement homes and assisted living, and as I hear of the problems they have encountered, I am grateful for my family''s experience with The Forum.

We really enjoy and appreciate their constant communication with us, they always keep us up to date and informed on any changes. We really like all the personal care they give our loved one and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

As we entered, The Forum was well manicured outside. I appreciate the covered entrance and convenient parking. We were greeted nicely. We came to dine with a friend. The dining room was quite nice and presented a comfy setting for our visit. The sweet waitress was accommodating and was eager to please. The food selection was quite broad. The lunch was very good and plentiful. We had a good visit in a peaceful atmosphere. When the time comes, I’d be interested in touring the entire facility. I certainly liked what I saw!

We have been living here for 1 1/2 years. The dining and apartment''s are for sure, 5 STAR. Come in and check it out. UPDATE: The food service went down hill about 2 years ago. It was so bad for us, that we moved. The residents in Independent Living were like family. The building and grounds were well maintained. We loved our apartment. The Forum had the best PT and OT facility in the state. But, unfortunately it was closed. What a shame.
