Visited sister & was charged $500 for guest room. Horrible room & they said would refund money. I wrote check for one night (125) and assumed they’d tear up other check. Three months later they cashed BOTH checks. They said they would send us a refund check. Never happened! Sister also was told they could ride a boat and after 3 months still not able to. Also you pay for your meals, but not allowed to take your leftovers to apartment for later! This place sucks!! Received call from Kelly, executive director. Stated she’s been in position 6 1/2 years & never received bad review. She told me the company was sending a check via overnight express and would I please change the review. That was 10 days ago & must have been by burro because still no check. Does this show their integrity??? Would give them a minus 10 if possible.
