I have personally witnessed many instances of staff going to extra efforts to do the right things to care for patients. The building is not new, but it is well maintained, and efforts are underway to continue to improve it''s appearances.

I, too, would give negative stars if I could. My MIL was here after a fall for 33 days. After OT and PT every day for these 33 days they said she was “failure to thrive” because she still couldn’t walk on her own. She went to an assisted living facility and they diagnosed her with a broken hip within 2 hours of being there. Roseville was making her walk on a broken hip for over a month. She complained of her leg hurting, and they told her it’s just because your weak. Horrible place. All they care about from day one is who is paying, and let’s talk discharge dates. The more turn-around the more money they make. If you care one once for your family member, stay away from this depressing, uncaring, and obviously ill trained staff at the Estates of Roseville. They care zero percent about you or your family.

My mom came here after surgery for a couple of weeks and I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews. We have had no negative experiences. The place is older but it’s clean and does not smell. Food is okay. Coffee not hot. But the staff has been great. Really good people and they care about the residents. Angie, Katherine and Mary are angels! (My moms words). I would not hesitate to send her here again if needed.
