I cannot say enough about the Center at Waterfront and their amazing workers! My father was in bad shape when he arrived there, and my family had little hope that he would improve. Within days they had him up and moving and working with him multiple times a day. He grew stronger and gained confidence that he could do things for himself as long as he put in the effort. They treated my father like family and welcomed him with open arms. They were also diligent about communicating with us and his progress. The facility is clean, welcoming and makes the patient feel at home. We are forever grateful to the staff at the Center at Waterfront!

We are thrilled with the care our mother received as she was rehabilitating from a broken hip. The facility was clean and cheerful; the staff were upbeat and positive; and the physical therapy exceeded our expectations. My time working at Center at Waterfront was marred by discrimination and unfair treatment. Despite my dedication and hard work, I was unjustly fired simply because of my sexual orientation and their reasoning was me calling in just once because my father in law was admitted in the hospital due to cardiac arrest. This blatant act of discrimination not only hurt me personally but also reflects poorly on the facility''s values and workplace culture. It''s disheartening to see such behavior in a place that should prioritize care and respect for all individuals. I urge the management to address this issue seriously and create a more inclusive environment for all employees. Never work for them. The management is so unprofessional and all high schooler bullies.
