My mom moved into The Bradford Memory Care. They had more organized activities. The support there is very, very good, like the interaction between the staff and the residents and the ability to hopefully get my dad over there eventually. So this place offered a little more for him as well. They work...
My mom moved into The Bradford Memory Care. They had more organized activities. The support there is very, very good, like the interaction between the staff and the residents and the ability to hopefully get my dad over there eventually. So this place offered a little more for him as well. They worked with us in my mom's room. They have a designer. We provided pictures out of her room, and they placed them. The staff members were wonderful, very attentive, detail-oriented, and very friendly. The food seemed very good. It looks amazing. The dining area is beautiful. It doesn't look like a cafeteria. They have bingo. They do a little hot chocolate in the mornings. They have a happy hour every Friday. They do little exercise for the residents. If the residents are hesitant to come out, they will go into their rooms and visit them. It's pet-friendly. They're going to try to start doing some outings with the bus.

The Bradford has met all of our expectations thus far - it is a great place. Compared to others, the atmosphere is very light and airy by the way that it is designed. When you walk in everything it well lit and they get a lot of natural light from the windows. That was not the case at many of the other places that we looked into. I would definitely recommend The Bradford Memory Care.
Read moreI had a great tour experience with The Bradford. This was my first choice until we saw another place, and then we went with them. It seems like a great facility and sometimes I wish that we would have gone with them instead.
The food was very good. They had a lot of activiites. It was pricey but very clean, fresh and the staff was very wonderful. They did a wonderful job of hiring caregivers, and they interacted well with the family, and the residents as well. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

We were looking for quality care, dedication and committed staff and we found that. We have been treated like family from the beginning. They are very attentive to my dad’s care and will go above and beyond to provide quality care to him. The dining experience is outstanding, and my dad enjoys his meals. We sleep better at night knowing he is well cared for.
