We’ve had our dad at Hamilton Hill since November in the memory care part of the home. Ruthanne is the director since the new year and she is incredible. It needed some serious changes in care and she swooped in and started fixing everything right away. There’s a lighter spirit to the staff now ...
We’ve had our dad at Hamilton Hill since November in the memory care part of the home. Ruthanne is the director since the new year and she is incredible. It needed some serious changes in care and she swooped in and started fixing everything right away. There’s a lighter spirit to the staff now and we are very happy now that Ruthanne is there. They currently have an interim director so before you sign on I would make sure to meet the director, know their plans, and ensure Ruthanne is still there. She cares deeply and is the heart of the memory care area. It’s all about the staff, don’t be wooed by the beautiful new facility (it is lovely).

This is a beautiful location with a nice park at the bottom of the hill to visit. Professionally staffed with a clean and happy environment.
The Bluffs is a beautiful community with dedicated, caring employees, many of whom have worked there for years. I would highly recommend this place to families and residents. They have assisted living and memory care, fun activities and an elegant setting.
