Worst place ever , My wife works there , she got into a car accident hours before her shift starts. The car was totaled, she told them about it and what they said was “ just find a ride in”. They don’t care about you, as long the job is done that’s all they worry about.
Very patient, kind and caring staff. They worked really hard to get my mom engaged and comfortable in her new home. When her health started to decline they advocated and assisted with obtaining services to maintain her in her home . Grateful for the wonderful care she received .
Some of the kindest people on the planet except for Betty who is one of the angriest people I''ve ever met. I am sure it is hard to find good help. Some of the kindest people on the planet except for Betty who is one of the angriest people I''ve ever met. I am sure it is hard to find good help. The walls are paper this with no soundproofing and their heating system has 2 settings, OFF and HOT. Several requests to rectify this go on ignored. So we are left to paper over the vents which is a primitive solution considering the cost.

The Arbors at Greenfield was the best choice for our folks who have now been there over six-months. After evaluating factors like cost, proximity to family and scope of services, which includes memory care, the Arbors at Greenfield was the best choice over a half-dozen other assisted living facilities we researched from Maine to Massachusetts. The Arbor’s staff, particularly Karen Walters-Zucco, addressed our concerns with candor and flexibility. Our parents and we are glad to have chosen the Arbors at Greenfield for their home. Significantly at this time, the Arbors has performed two Covid-19 tests so far for all residents and staff, and to date have had no positive cases. Food: Very Good. People / Staff: Caring, attentive, friendly. Communication: Excellent - heartfelt family support. Corona Virus Prevention: Excellent - no cases. Location: Peaceful, clean, close to hospital and rehabilitation facility. Value: Excellent Management: Experienced, knowledgeable, flexible.

We moved my Mom in last week to the Memory Unit and the staff could not have been nicer. It was a bit overwhelming as due to Covid, only one person is allowed to unpack. The staff and Program Director, Chris Kept coming by to make sure I was OK and that I didn’t need anything. They helped with getting rid of boxes and finding a cart for me to bring things to my car etc. What really impressed me though was several times when I walked out I saw the staff sitting and holding hands with the residents. When you have a parent that is impaired it is so comforting to know that they’re going to be loved and taken care of and that was evident. Also, Jonathan the regional executive director was wonderful and supportive with any concerns that I had.
