Recently started going out to Galloway ridge maybe a month ago through agency and I can honestly say they are all racist as hell the little Asian lady had a issue with me last night after I showed her that first shift does not properly clean up behind themselves or the patients staff leaves residents soaked in urine all day long and act like they don’t even want to actually take care of the patients There is another foreigner she could be African or carribean I’m not sure which one but she sits around and starts trouble with agency staff and she sleeps the entire shift I was already warned no to go out here by other agencies because they do treat Black employees less then so if you are agency please don’t waste your time hear they will treat you like a criminal the whole time you are working and you will be working harder than staff because you are agency Previous agency members that where here had already gave me the memo
