An open letter: I have been in and out of TVG on several rehabs out of area hospitals,and I always try to go back there....why??The people who work there to make you well and whole again...a good example:I recently dad a bed issue with the remote..probably seems t insignificant but it wasn''t, .In order for the RN,LPN and stna to work on patients on the bed,the bed must be flat so patients can roll over etc,,?without the remote you are trapped..well the first person they call is the maintenance guy,.it was his off day and he was at a pig roast. However he came in to help me at 11pm on his time.The replacement did not work either and Monday morning he tryed 4 different ones.Next they changed beds and it didn''t work..to make a wonderful story end positively,when the next days shift showed up to work they all came to my room to see if they could help me,and the administrator of the whole facility was right there with them trying to help....Terrace View Gardens is Good People

Kind nurse''s were few. At up plans for things that were to be done weren''t. Didn''t want to help my husband get into my auto when he was released. I had to beg for help.

NOW... you tell me what level of concern they have for their patients!!!! I''m having him moved out of there ASAP!! HE''LL DIE THERE IF I DON''T!!!
