Read moreThey are able to transport my mom to places that she needs to go, because I work full-time. They are reliable, the workers are there when they are supposed to be, and they try to find another person if someone calls in sick.
It really did help when we had good caregivers come. They helped by sitting with her to make sure that she did not fall. They engaged her and kept her company. They sent us someone who was not qualified for one of the days and then when we talked to them about it, they dropped us as clients.
They provided good help. They were professional and introduced new caregivers.
They can have one person consistently. I would like more consistent employees.
