The electrical wiring was way outdated. If an outlet failed they just covered it up Hopefully new ownership and management are more polite and respectful. Building kept getting shot at!

Sycamores Terrace has many activities for all of their residence who wishes to participate. Our grounds are very clean and we have plenty parking space for our guess. There''s no violence permitted in our community which makes it safer for all of the residence living at Sycamores Terrace. I recommend these apartments over any other that I have lived in.

I am very glad to be a tenant at the Terrace, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is very nice this is a new beginning for me and to have a home thats in a nice area of town and stores location is convenient for us as well as the staff providing some of the necessities that other places we''ve had before, the cooking staff is wonderful and the terrace provides meals that are prepared to be healthy for the tenants also, we have a work-out room as well as a beauty shop for those who like to groom they''re hair and make themselves feel good about ourselves daily at our choice, I love all the things we have here because it makes me feel just like I was in my own little 🏠 and I feel safe and can afford it, cudos! to Ms. Connie and Ms. Kim who do a wonderful job in the office along with our maintenance Dominic and Tommy we''ve got a good team of workers and I thank God for sending me to Sycamores Terrace Apartments, I''m Blessed......

I enjoy living here at Sycamores. It has been very peaceful and quiet. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views or just reading. My neighbors are very friendly people. The staff here are happy to answer any questions you may have. This is more than an apartment. This is my home!
