I love the staff there. They love my dad! It''s always a hard transition on the family to move a loved one to memory care but to know that he''s getting the attention and respect he needs, gives me comfort.
It’s been 3 weeks for my dad and so far, the staff has been amazing!!! I have bugged them with many questions! We have had maintenance make adjustments to his room. They have hugged me when I cried upon leaving him. They brought my dad an unexpected root beer float the other evening. We are please...

I am over the moon at the wonderful care by the team at Swan Falls and by ratio of staff to resident. Personal attention is given to individual needs to make residents feel comfortable and loved while paying critical attention to their care needs. This is a rare balance of great nursing, nutritious and varied meals, cleanliness, and a perfect nurse to resident ratio. My mom loves the snack tray that staff bring around several times a day, not just for the snacks but for the personal interaction with staff that make her feel seen and cared for. What a remarkable group of professionals with big hearts.

My sister has been at Swan Falls Assisted Living for 2 years now, and they have been wonderful. They do a good job. They have activities and they take them out for walks for people who are wheelchair-bound or have a hard time walking so that they can enjoy the gardens. They do provide transportation. They have entertainment and they go to the grocery store for those that want to go. They're good with their residents. I've been there during meal times and the meals are good. There are four buildings and they all seem to be well-kept. They repainted one of them just recently and then they will redo all the others one at a time.

Our tour at Swan Falls was fine, and the folks there were friendly. It was pretty quiet when we were there, no activities going on, etc. so I don't feel I got a good sense of how the whole thing worked. The facility was a little smaller than others we looked at. But everybody was very friendly.
