I''m patient at the Live Oak facility. I came into this place with the greatest expectations and tried to be as nice as possible. And they walked all over me. Getting my medications on time is a continual fight. They don''t know how to tell time. The problem is too many patients not enough help. A single nurse cannot tend to 30 people. In essence management is cheap. The food is poor and for the most part the staff are overworked and underpaid. I would not recommend this facility at all. Avoid at all costs.

Very unhappy with the way they are dealing with virus worry. My boyfriend, who has been putting his mother to bed every night for the better part of two years is being told he can''t come in after 4 pm because they''re limiting visiting hours. This man works six days a week and goes to the nursing home as soon as he gets off work at 5pm and stays til his mother is asleep He is absolutely beside himself.
