I staffed this building for a year and 5 months during the pandemic. Provided great rates, no price gouging, and even covered shifts myself as the owner because I hold a nursing degree as a RN,BSN. There were times this building had no other RN to cover. I drove 4 hrs from Philly in a snow storm in January just to make sure their nurse could be relieved and the residents could be cared for properly. I am a single mother of 3 children. Susquehanna is part of Panacea Corporate who decides who to pay and who not to pay, clearly. Because they owe me 97k. Corporate ignores my emails, purposely has their corporate address in hiding, and to date has yet to take the initiative to tell me why they won’t pay me. I sent the state out there on 8/16 to investigate. I have an email from the state saying they found that Susquehanna owes me money but they are disputing the amount. If there was such a dispute then why haven’t I been notified? Where is the communication? I am a single mother of 3 young children. Panacea owing me money does not only damage my companies finances but also my ability to care for my children. I now have to run a business, take care of 3 children , and work because Panacea choose to do bad business with me. I will not stop at this review. I will make every effort to let everyone know what distress and depression this company has put me through. I am not just an agency owner. I take pride in what I do. I care for people. I take my job very serious. And I deserve to be reimbursed for the hours I covered and for the nurses I paid to take care of your residents when you couldn’t find the staff to do it.

Hoy lo encontré mucho mejor ; se que me cuesta dejar a mi esposo en un lugar bastante retirado para mi . Se que también hay demasiado trabajo y poco personal ; pero vi a mi esposo mejor . La comida es muy balanceada y se veía muy deliciosa .
