The tour I had at The Neighborhood In Rio Rancho was great. The cost was not. The staff was very caring, helpful, and congenial. The units were very beautiful.
This community was great it was just not the right fit for what we needed at the time for our loved one.
At the end, they were just wonderful when we were going through hospice, but before that they were not great and we did have some tough predicaments. They were really short staffed so she did not get the attention and care that she needed.

We went to The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho. They're very professional. The people are very caring of the residents. They know the residents there. It's a very clean facility. The people there in the assisted living side were very well taken care of. The food was excellent. The rooms are very, very accommodating and very spacious for small rooms. The design of them is really well thought out. There's an emergency call button in every room. They have a couple of pianos. They do have a chapel, and I remember they have several patios that you can enjoy the mountainous view of the Sandia. They did have a movie room, and there were two libraries.
