If your loved one has any medical issues at all do not send them to this facility. The only do vitals once ever 8 hours. Patients are never seen by a doctor, just the physical rehab and the LPN. On more than one occasion we found my mother in distress. Her feeding tube was pulled out enough to rip the stitches out and she was laying naked on the bed wither legs hanging off the side. They knew she was a fall risk and would not put down pads until she actually fell. They are only out for money and that is it. Needless to say she should have been sent back to the hospital and never was. When I asked if I could get a copy of her medical records they told me I would have to go through their lawyer. I got screamed at by the Manager and told that they didn’t kill my mother. I really wasn’t even thinking that until she said it. I have been waiting to write this until I could not be mad. Give it to God and try to help someone else not make the same mistakes I did. Their goal is to get everyone that comes in there into long term care. I want to say that the LPN’s and CNA’s work their butts off. When they have 26 people to see each shift for 2 or 3 people it is not good. All they do is throw pills at them.

Please do not bring your loved ones to this place . The ADMINISTRATOR is very unprofessional. I walk through the halls and smell urine from residents'' diapers not being changed. It''s very sad. SO if you love your family do not bring them here 🚫🚫 not to mention the older gentleman I help tht just left there last Tuesday is back in the hospital 2 days later because they didn''t care enough to help him (give him fluids/ help him eat) he''s been severely dehydrated and his levels are very low . But now he''d in good hands at the hospital. Shame on you superior like seriously shame on you!

I have worked at Superior for over 3 years and I love it here. I work with some amazing people who truly care about the care we provide. I see the hard work and dedication to providing good care every day. Healthcare is a demanding field and the staff always rise to the challenge and aim to make everyone happy. Our residents'' are amazing! I have come across some amazing family members also that always bring a smile to your face and make your job feel so rewarding. Its a team effort between the staff and families and that is what we all become when you walk through our doors. A team with one goal that is to make our resident''s stay here a happy and fulfilling one. If there is ever an issue with care or concerns that may arise our administrator is always available 24/7 and she is the first in the door to lend a helping hand in whatever way needed. I have worked in a lot of facilities over my long career and I can promise you that this is the only facility that I have ever seen an administrator on the halls and working along side the staff and who knows who the residents and their families are. I believe in the facility, staff, doctor, and nurse practitioner so much that I brought my grandfather to this facility and have never regretted it for even a second. The care he gets here on a daily basis far exceeds any other facility he had been in. The staff treat him like he is part of their family and they are always interacting with him. I think that speaks volumes about a facility when the staff is bringing their loved ones into the home and know that they are going to be cared and for that I will always be thankful. I am thankful every day that I get to come to work and work at such a nice facility alongside some of the best nurses, CNA''s, housekeepers, laundry/dietary workers, and office staff I know.
