I am extremely comfortable with my mothers living arrangements at SR of Lafayette Hill. The kindness, compassion and helpfulness out of the staff (all departments) is hard to find. I have worked in Multiple Communities in different cities and there is hands down no comparison. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for treating my Momma the way that I would treat her. Communication between the staff and myself is always on point and my mom loves her cozy room. Food varieties are wonderful and the place is spotless.

This place looks very nice and if you don’t need assistance then it might be okay. It is called assisted living but good luck if you need it especially on the weekends. I was with my mother everyday and was witness to what really goes on. Every resident has a call button, if you need someone you press it and then someone will come in. The problem is they turn it off and say some one else will come in which may take close to an hour.My mother had to call the front desk multiple times because no one would come back; that is what she did the time she fell and hit her head and died 2 weeks later. I got a call saying she fell and she was okay but it was a good thing I went over because she had a huge lump on the back of her head following that she was confused and unconscious 2 days later; she died within 2 weeks. I hope I can save someone from sending their loved one here; remember looks are deceiving, looks nice and they really build it up when you take the tour. DO NOT COME HERE!!
