My father is now a resident of Sunrise of Hunter Mill. It's an excellent community and the staff is very friendly, they're very social and very welcoming to my father. They are excellent and very responsive, they will get back to me with any questions. They are very proactive in making sure my father received P.T. and any therapy he needs. I'm very, very happy with the service. They have double capacity and single capacity rooms. He has a double capacity, and currently, he's the only resident within that double capacity. There are a lot of activities but when he checked in, there was a COVID lockdown so he was very limited. This week, they have self-guided exercise on the TV, they'll take him down to eat and socialize in the dining room area. They have a barbershop where my dad got his haircut there and they also have a library. My two sisters had dinner with him the first night, and they said the food was delicious. In terms of the value, it's very fair compared to the other ones we've seen. The layout of the facility is very good, open, and very clean.

They have activities like games, movies, celebrations for the holidays and more for the residents to do just so they have that feeling of belonging in the community just all sorts of things for them to do. There is also a Clergy woman there also that was able to reach out and speak with my loved one when he needed it the most and I am grateful for this.
