We picked this community because, of the level of care, location, cleanliness, friendliness, care concern of staff, resident programs.Things they do well includes; loving care. Resident activitites, well kept facility. They can improve by eliminating solid waste odors that sometimes permeate the hallway.

I think everything that Sunrise of Crestwood had to offer like the staff, the amenities, the services, and the level of care, was ideal. It was exceptional in every respect. It would also be a convenient place, because we have most of our family in that area. The bushes and lawns were gorgeously man...

I think everything that Sunrise of Crestwood had to offer like the staff, the amenities, the services, and the level of care, was ideal. It was exceptional in every respect. It would also be a convenient place, because we have most of our family in that area. The bushes and lawns were gorgeously manicured. The facilities on the inside, the dining, and the tour was just impressive. They were very prepared, very professional, and very compassionate. The dining rooms were excellent and there was always staff buzzing around, cleaning and assisting residents and individuals. They seemed to have it all. They didn't seem to lack anything.

Sunrise of Crestwood had a lot of open outside areas for the residents. The layout of the facility was very nice. They also have quite a few activities that the residents can enjoy, which was a plus. Sunrise of Crestwood had a lot of open outside areas for the residents. The layout of the facility was very nice. They also have quite a few activities that the residents can enjoy, which was a plus. The tour guide was very thorough and answered all the questions. We then met the very personable chef and had lunch in a private room that was very nice and quiet. The food was delicious. They were accommodating. The calendar of all their events was extensive. We looked at one-bedroom apartments and they had nice layouts. They had a little kitchenette with a microwave oven.

The biggest concern our family had while our loved one was in the hospital and going through rehab was her diet and eating habits. When our loved one moved into Sunrise the chef made it a point to go and meet with her and really make an effort to tailor her vegetarian meals in her every day diet and...

The biggest concern our family had while our loved one was in the hospital and going through rehab was her diet and eating habits. When our loved one moved into Sunrise the chef made it a point to go and meet with her and really make an effort to tailor her vegetarian meals in her every day diet and we found that to be very helpful. Based on the experience we have had with Sunrise of Crestwood we would recommend them to other families.
