AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The staff is overworked and underpaid. There is such a high turn over rate of employees due to managment, particularly one person, ANU. She is condescending, mentally abusive and rude to all of her employees which is why they quit so frequently. There are a few hard workers to assist the residents but not many. If you want your family members to live in a comfortable setting, make sure the employees are happy too. The more well staffed and happier the employees are, the better they''ll take care of the residents.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I absolutely loved my experience with Sunrise of Bethesda. We were on the search for a great assisted living community for a while. Once we experienced Sunrise for the first time, we knew it would be perfect. From our tour around the facility to every interaction with the staff member, everything was exceptional. I also want to mention how amazing Ms. Anu was. She answered all of our questions with many details and calmed any concerns. I never hesitate to recommend this community to anyone who ask.

I came here with my aunt for a tour looking for a place for my Dad, thanks to a place for mom recommendation. The is the first building of all the other assisted living that we visited that looks clean. They are very welcoming, all the residents looks happy, and the sales specialist was very great and patient in showing us around the building, I love the salon especially. I was really impress by the Director of Nursing even when she was busy with another resident when we are touring, she still comes around to find us and asked if we have any clinical questions. This is definitely on our list to move our loved one in.
