Let me start off by saying I worked here for five years first couple years where great but about a year ago upper management changed and place has steadily went downhill ever since Charlotte sibold was hired too take over running the campus people with 15+ years in this place where either pushed out or let go because “everyone is replaceable” in her mind. Not too mention the buildings and grounds director Robert shenk is nothing but a liar who tells everyone exactly what they wanna hear and then turns around and does the complete opposite. And last but not least the constant turn over rate that management wants to do nothing but complain about in the main building when your turning over people constantly might be time to realize you have a management issue and not a staffing issue!
