My dad was in [removed] (there are 2 buildings on the same lot). I witnessed residents go over a month without a bath or shower, days in a row without meds, special diets weren’t followed, if someone ran out of insulin they would use another residents insulin, and staff yells and swears around them. Staff is poorly trained and managers and administrators don’t care. They make false promises and lie about the services that are provided. This facility is only about making money and not treating residents with dignity. State has cited them for violations but I was told they don’t close them down because it's too hard to find another place for the residents to go. Please do not let your loved one live here.
