I will not recommend this place to anyone I care for. The building needs a fresh coat of lively paint inside. Windows shades are old, some torn and dirty. I will not recommend this place to anyone I care for. The building needs a fresh coat of lively paint inside. Windows shades are old, some torn and dirty. The therapists work with what they have and do a good job. The administrative staff seem to individually do their own thing. I was not fed two meals upon my arrival because the kitchen staff didn’t know I was there. (My name had not been placed on the door). The meal slip in the tray seldom correspond with what is actually being served. Many of the CNAs complain that they’re overworked especially on weekends when they have to double as kitchen staff, giving them less time with the residents. Lastly, I missed my first post op appointment with my surgeon in columbia because no one at the rehab center thought it necessary to follow up on the logistics to get me to Columbia by wheelchair ambulance. Fifteen mins before my appointment I was told there was no vehicle to transport me. This was my unfortunate experience from June 17-July 8, 2022.

My sister loved this facility that was like home to her until she passed away recently ❤️ I want to personally thank the staff for making her life a much happier place….nurses….CNAs….LPNs….and most especially the director ❤️🇺🇸👍
