Everyone seems very nice to my Mom and she seems to like most of her care staff. I just wish they had a larger variety of food for a puree diet.
I visited my friend as they were having lunch in the dining room. Everyone was so nice, my friend is looking and feeling much better and they even sang happy birthday to one of the nurses. It felt so good, relaxed and caring.
Please except my sincere gratitude and appreciation in taking care of my father for so long. He was 94 years old with Parkinson''s disease. He passed away on the 9th of June this year. Your staff and team of workers have done and outstanding job. Please take care and God Bless. R.D. Ingram P.S...

My mom was at this facility for seven months and I must say out of all the nursing homes she been in, this is the best one so far. Their patients care is on point, the facility is clean and their staff are friendly for the most part… Go Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
My Nana stays here and the nursing staff is so nice and attentive. She enjoys going to activities. She has made friends in the 4 weeks she has been there. She''s a picky eater, but says the kitchen manager is really nice and talked about her food preferences
