A friend stay there and found the night nurse''s where not kind. She felt they where going to hurt her. She said the place was clean and in the day time a nice place.
10/10 Care. Nurses and administrators were great, always helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it could be. Definitely would recommend!

DO NOT WORK HERE OR SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. they understaffed every single day and it was often times EXTREMELY dangerous as a cna to be left alone. the machines we use on the residents require 2 people to use them and when i wasn’t able to find someone else to help me, it left the resident that needed care waiting for sometimes upwards of 30 minutes.. i tried my hardest everyday i was there to accommodate every single resident but it was impossible when you were left alone or only had one other cna with you. they do not have bath aides so that means a lot of the residents would not get showers on the days they were supposed to because cnas would be so understaffed they had genuinely, absolutely not much time to get it done. it was hard to juggle all the tasks i had to get done in such a small pocket of time. most days i worked there i would not be able to take my lunch break because of how overwhelmingly busy i was. so it was 12, sometimes upwards of 13 hours of straight work. this place was also FULL of drama .. lots of drama between the staff and management. i had a racist comment made to me and my coworker there by someone higher up than me and it was extremely offensive. Oh also- if you are PRN don’t even give this place a try. they will “down staff” you every morning 25 minutes before your shift starts. i would get told at 5:35 am not to come in when i was already on the way there .. just do your self and your loved one a favor by not coming here because it seems put together but behind closed doors it’s a different story.

One of the absolute worst places I’ve ever worked. Please be aware that management does not care about the patients just census. Nurses and staff are given an unreasonable amount of patients that puts both parties at risk. The facility looks nice but overall I would look somewhere else for your care. Many residents end up being disregarded and unheard.

If you love your family member, don’t send them here. They are understaffed to the degree that they cannot and do not give adequate care to their patients. Those staff who are there are unpleasant at best. No one answers the main line, it takes hours to get a nurse to a room and they blame their patients for things beyond their control. Their negligence has sent my father to the ICU, I promise, no one deserves this kind of care.

First and foremost, I want to remind everybody this is a rehabilitation hospital not a full care facility! They want you to rehab to go home so they want you to do as much as you can on your own which is a really good thing! Everybody from the caseworker to the CNAs or from the social worker, to the therapists I just want to give a big huge hug and thanks too! My mom was there for 2 weeks and they helped manage and figure out a lot of things! They advocated for us when we didn''t know we needed the advocation and when we were having a hard time figuring out Medicare their social worker took it upon herself to help us navigate through all the fine print. They were incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, and life experienced. When I was put in a rehab hospital I was put in Sierra Vista four years ago so this place is the Ritz-Carlton compared to where I was! If I ever have to go back to a rehabilitation center I hope this is the place I go! It felt more like family and friends caring for you than medical staff!
