The Stratford at Beyer Park: Senior Living, Elevated
Here’s a story that illustrates The Stratford at Beyer Park’s commitment to helping seniors live engaged, fun lives. Resident senior Norrine is famous for being a massive Giants fan. So as a part of the “Living the Dream” program, the staff banded together to take Norrine on the big purple bus to San Francisco, where they rolled out the red carpet — the staff greeted her, and she tried on the World Series ring, and she received a warm welcome on the JumboTron. Stories like Norrine’s are everywhere at The Stratford at Beyer Park, thanks to the Vibrant Life program, an initiative that helps seniors pursue their passions, meet new friends, learn new things and make their golden years count. Stop in on a typical day, and you’ll find them chatting with friends in the garden, getting pampered at the salon, dancing to live music at happy hours, and grabbing popcorn for movie nights in the on-site cinema.
You’ll also find them out and about enjoying Modesto. The McHenry Museum offers exhibitions about the area’s past, the Gallo Center for the Arts has live music and theatrical performances, and Beyer Community Park is just a walk away; it features pickleball courts, picnic areas, and walking paths.
The Stratford at Beyer Park: Comfortable Homes and Comprehensive Care
The studio and one-bedroom apartments at The Stratford at Beyer Park boast kitchenettes, lovely, modern decor, individual climate controls, and emergency call systems. And they’re pet-friendly, meaning seniors can bring their four-legged friends to their new home! There are never any chores, either — housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and meals are included in the price.
Seniors also benefit from a full menu of customizable assisted living services. These include medication management, health maintenance programs, and 24/7 assistance with personal care tasks like grooming, showering, dressing, and more. For seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, the Generations Memory Care program provides meaningful, success-oriented activities, secure, easy-to-navigate spaces, and a philosophy that emphasizes independence.

Stratford at Beyer Park was a beautiful place, and everybody was so nice and friendly. It was just very, very nice. I was very impressed. It's also very expensive. They showed me all of the rooms. We even went outside into the garden area, and we went upstairs into the model studio room they had set up and then an empty one. So it was very nice. The staff who showed me around was a very nice young lady. She seemed very informative.

The Stratford At Beyer Park was beautiful. It was clean and looked like a home. The caregivers were very polite. Everyone looked happy. They had two options for each meal and so they could choose which food they wanted from the menu. There was a lot of food. When they brought out the plates, it looked like you were in a restaurant just by the way the food lay out on the plate. There was like a billboard showing all the activities every day, seven days a week. There's a game day where they went to the casino, as well as shopping days. They had crafts time, too. So, there was something to do every day. There was no reason for them to be bored. We really wish we could afford that place.

It includes everything. There are no add-ons. They showed us both assisted living and memory care. I met quite a few of the staff going through. They had a beautiful movie theater.
