I would not recommend this place. My father suffered a heart attack due to dehydration and elevated blood glucose levels raising over 1000 in just one week of being admitted. When I mentioned to the assistant nurse that my father was complaining of stomach issues, she replied "Oh yeah, he did mention that" I asked her if she gave him something and she said no. I had to ask three times before he was given something. The next day I went to visit him again and immediately knew something was wrong. He couldn''t speak, he was curled up in a ball and showing facial expressions of pain. I went to the assistant nurse on staff and informed her that there was something wrong with my father and we needed to speak to the nurse on staff, all she kept saying was "he''s at lunch" after waiting for 35 minutes, we decided to took matters in our own hands and called EMT ourselves and they concluded that my father was in need of medical assistance at that moment. He was taken to the hospital and never went back there. Had me and my cousin not visited my father that day, he would not be here today. I

Never put any of your loved ones in this place. My mom has been rotating in and out of PT places for months now, due to having paralysis and being incredibly prone to getting bed sores. At the time of posting, she was a patient there for two and a half months, and she was the most miserable there than I''ve ever seen her. The nurses would hardly even give her food and water on time, much less actively clean her draining bed sores, and they would only act on such requests when myself and my grandmother (her mom) would be present as witnesses. As time went on, she would progressively deteriorate, up until we received news that she had sepsis. For those unaware, sepsis is when an infection reaches the bloodstream, and the body reacts violently in response. It can be fatal in certain conditions, such as being of older age, or having pre-existing conditions that lower the immune system''s ability to fight back. We had put her in Stonebriar to help her bedsores heal, NOT to have them get so bad she had to be moved to an acute, long-term facility to be treated. Not only that, the bone was also infected. The bone, mind, that was exposed due to the severity of her bed sores. Out of all the places we have placed her in Austin, this has got to be the worst. I sincerely wish that I could rate this place 0 stars. Please, avoid this place like the plague.
