So far. I have been told I am lieing, very condescending attitude. Told it was no smoking on the property and I have seen 3 employees light up in the parking lot. My roomie has been moaning In pain for almost 2 hours. The staff comes in and say I''ll see what I can do for you. Then ignore him. Not thrilled with the attitude I am given. Horrible place so far. Outlook is bleek.

Beautiful facility with wonderful residents. However, management is awful. We have run out of briefs and I was told to make it work. Employees are overworked being mandated to stay almost every night. Good quality care suffers from workers who have to work 16 hrs a day 4 to 5 times a week. Management has no idea of residents names or needs. Just very sad.
